Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** NTT Data Inc. se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a especialista en Cisco Datacenter/Service provider para brindar un servicio administrado de alto nivel siguiendo mejores prácticas de la industria para garantizar que las plataformas permanezcan operativas. **What you'll be doing** **PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES** + Identificar, investigar y resolver proactivamente incidentes y problemas técnicos, así como también restaurar el servicio del cliente mediante la administración de incidentes hasta su resolución. + Garantizar que no se pierdan las condiciones de acuerdo de nivel de servicio. + Soporte de las plataformas de Service Provider y Data Center para incidentes, requerimientos y análisis de causa raíz. + Escalamiento de alto nivel para clientes, ingenieros y equipo en general, en tecnologías de alta complejidad. **REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES** + Estudios de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes, Sistemas, Informática, Computación o afines. + **Certificación CCNP: Service Provider y/o Data Center. (Excluyente)** **REQUISITOS DESEABLES** + Experiencia +5 años en roles de soporte. + Inglés técnico a nivel intermedio (Será evaluado). + Certificaciones de nivel profesional en ciberseguridad, de proveedores de servicio o de vendors CISCO - Juniper. + Conocimientos en Ciberseguridad y gestión de Firewalls de al menos una de las siguientes plataformas: Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5 (Deseable certificaciones relacionadas). + Experiencia en proveedores de servicio. + Inglés conversacional nivel intermedio. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
