Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world._ + Responsable de generar, actualizar y mantener la información y documentación del proceso asignado en el sistema operativo. + Responsable de mejorar los diseños actuales reduciendo costos, mejorando productividad, calidad, incrementando la robustez y mejorando la confiabilidad. + Liderear y participar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, y actividades de transferencia de productos, como pruebas, documentación, liberacion a manufactura y la introducción de nuevos procesos y tecnologías. + Coordinar los cambios de ingeniería de productos, calificar e implementar los cambios. + Aplica métodos estadísticos para colectar datos, analisis y solución de problemas + Coordinar y generar los reportes de analisis de resolución de problemas dados en su área. Actividades: + Crear reportes de ingeniería usando el sistema DMAIC, 5 porques, Ishikawa, o alguna otra herramienta de resolución de problemas, describiendo causas raiz, soluciones potenciales y planes de contencion. + Crear iniciativas para agregar valor y proyectos de ingeniería, buscando reduccion de costos, eficiencia a los procesos de manufactura, reducción en costos de materiales, simplificar procesos de ensamble. + Preparar, generar, ejecutar y obtener aprobaciones de cambios de ingeniería, colección de datos e información relcionada a los cambios, asi como las aprobacones de los responsables. + Soporte a la integridad del producto observando y revisando los componentes, ensambles fuera de especificación. Observar y soportar pruebas funcionales antes delas pruebas finales. + Generar analisis de tolerancias, para calificar condiciones de componentes de los proveedores, creando criterios temporales de aceptación y rechazo. + Soporte a problemas de calidad, procesos de manufactura, procesos de producción . + Participa y soporta introducción de nuevos productos, si como la transferencia de responsabilidades de diseño a ingeniería, dando seguimiento y cierre a puntos abiertos. ​ **We Celebrate Who We Are!** Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
