As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for coordinating Plant Maintenance Services for the continuity of work related to infrastructure, buildings, roads, forklifts, electric scooters and general issues. As well as the management and coordination of external suppliers, spare parts and personnel for the continuity of the operation of the different ships.

This position reports to Services and sustainability manager.

Key Responsibilities

Attention of internal customers for the different corrective and preventive maintenance activities, related to services.

Validation, follow-up and efficiency activities in the contracted external services.

Seeking continuous improvement and cost reduction for repairs.

Coordination in conjunction with maintenance planning, for major preventive services on critical plant equipment internal personnel management and/or suppliers to achieve preventive and corrective maintenance in a timely manner.

Identification of the life cycle of plant service equipment to ensure maintenance and continuity of operation.

Management, analysis and development of operational excellence tools to make processes more efficient in the different categories.

Monitoring of strategic initiatives and projects related to maintenance alignment for continuous improvement.

Intervention in minor repairs of electrical work, combustion equipment and general service.

Qualifications

Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related.

Knowledge of predictive and corrective preventive maintenance.

Basic knowledge of LP gas and electric forklift combustion engines.

Minimum of two years of experience in related activities.
