Qualifications

• Elaborate and control the information and publication of formats, procedures, instructions, and manuals.
• Support implementation of IATF16949, ISO9001, customer.
• Perform the document process management related to Quality system
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements 
• Participate in the control and update of Quality System documentation
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and documentation.
• Communicate administrative and operational policies, rules, standards and instructions to personnel.
• Plan the revision of CeaP's procedures, instructions and manuals.
• Assist users with doubts regarding procedures, instructions and manuals.
• Maintain current regulations in line with the operational reality.
• Support in the training of CeaP's collaborators in QMS.
• Act as an expert in special internal and customer characteristics.
• Support in the training of CeaP's employees in QMS.
• Conduct FMEA and Control plan process confirmations (Line walk).
• Conduct stand station process
• Ensure recommended actions process is implemented. Track, monitor, escalate, etc. actions defined from PFMEA.
• Define methods, standardize practices, processes in CeaP plant.
• Perform FMEA and Control Plan moderations, for new projects and serial production, according to established methodology and deadlines.
• Provide the areas involved with the necessary tools to be able to carry out the annual update of the AMEFs in the IQ-RM system.
• Report to the departments involved on the progress of the generation of the process FMEAs.
•Perform internal system and process audits to ensure compliance of Quality System with internal and external requirements.
•Confirmation of containment actions and effectiveness of corrective actions on the shop floor in case of audits.
•Ensures completion on time of corrective actions derived from non-conformities, and opportunities related on internal and external audits.
