Job Responsibilities:

Implementación, mantenimiento y mejora de sistemas SCADA, PLCs, MES y redes industriales, garantizando la continuidad operativa y la ciberseguridad de la infraestructura.

Responsabilidades

✅ Implementar y administrar sistemas de control industrial (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES, IIoT).
✅ Integrar sistemas de OT con IT (convergencia IT-OT) asegurando la seguridad y estabilidad.
✅ Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas en redes industriales (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT).
✅ Desarrollar estrategias de ciberseguridad para proteger infraestructuras críticas industriales.
✅ Automatizar procesos y optimizar la recolección de datos en planta para mejorar eficiencia y productividad.
✅ Colaborar con equipos de producción, mantenimiento e IT para garantizar operaciones eficientes.
✅ Gestionar y documentar cambios en la arquitectura OT, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas.
✅ Capacitar al personal en mejores prácticas y uso de tecnologías operacionales.

Requisitos

Educación: Ingeniería en Automatización, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Informática o afín.
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en OT, automatización industrial o infraestructura de control.
Conocimientos técnicos:

Sistemas SCADA (Wonderware, Ignition, WinCC, FactoryTalk, etc.).Programación de PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi).Protocolos industriales: Modbus, Profibus, OPC-UA, MQTT.Redes industriales (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, CAN, BACnet).IIoT e Industria 4.0: Edge Computing, Cloud Connectivity.Ciberseguridad en entornos OT (firewalls industriales, segmentación de redes, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443).Convergencia IT-OT y bases de datos industriales (SQL, Historians, PI System).Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
