As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role to Maintain and support the site electrical and electomechanical infrastructure assets. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day improvements in electrical automation, focusing on PepsiCo strategy, KPIs, and QCDM methodology for production line breakdowns. Implement energy efficiency initiatives and monitor plant usage. Provide electrical leadership, design connections, and oversee electrical projects. Develop the Technical Packaging department, allocate resources, and manage testing and supervision of new packaging. Support and build capability for electrical systems, offering technical assistance as needed. Ensure proper condition and maintenance of packaging machines, coordinating repairs and safety measures. Manage maintenance plans, revisions, and improvements in packaging equipment, ensuring performance KPIs are met. Conduct performance audits, propose solutions for machine optimization, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with operators and colleagues for training and continuous improvement in packaging processes. Manage relationships with suppliers, support external partnerships, and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Drive proactive improvements in plant efficiency, cost management, and compliance with legal and safety standards. Qualifications Authorized and experienced in electrical and mechanical systems and machinery. Strong technical expertise in PLC, SCADA systems, and HV/LV cabinets, distribution, and protection. Over 5 years of experience maintaining production lines, PLC control systems, and electrical safety in a 24/7 FMCG environment. Proven track record in electrical systems and automation in complex plants. Key competencies: excellent documentation and communication skills, ability to collaborate and align teams, manage priorities and deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective at influencing senior leadership. Skilled in simplifying complex technical issues for non-technical audiences.
