Purpose of Role
To ensure all services within the respective to the Value Partnerships are provided to a high quality and the satisfaction of InHealth, whilst ensuring that all financial targets, contractual obligations and KPIs, and timescale objectives are met.
Your role:
Develops and maintains long-term strategic relationships with customers, ensuring alignment of hospital goals, expectations, and innovations with the partnership's offerings, in collaboration with key stakeholders (internal and customer).Works with the technical solutions team to produce programme plans for equipment installations, ensuring they align with customer needs and operational requirements.Oversees the equipment installation process, ensuring it follows the established plan and meets customer satisfaction targets.Ensures strategic objectives are clearly defined and aligned with all stakeholders (both internal and customer) and facilitates decision-making processes to achieve operational and financial goals.Organises and leads partnership steering committees with customer and internal leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives and managing key account relationships.Prepares and drives all contractual meetings with customers to ensure that partnership goals, financial targets, and service delivery expectations are met.Organises and drives innovation meetings with customers and subject matter experts to discuss new solutions and service improvementsIdentifies opportunities to expand the contract by introducing new equipment, services, or value-added solutions, ensuring growth in customer satisfactionMonitors key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service uptime (provided by customer services team), customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency, ensuring the partnership’s objectives are met and financial targets are achieved.Regularly reports on the partnership’s health, progress against strategic goals, risks, and areas for improvement to senior leadership (customer and Siemens), ensuring transparency and proactive management of customer relationships.Manages the escalation of issues affecting the partnership at a strategic level, focusing on service quality, operational inefficiencies (in close alignment with the customer services team), and unmet strategic goals.Actively applies LEAN principles to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and identify savings opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Your qualifications and experience:
Proven experience of successfully managing strategic partnerships whilst building excellent relationships with customers in complex contracts.Good interpersonal management skills to support and manage relationships both with Siemens colleagues and a diverse range of InHealth colleagues working at all levels across their businessPreferably educated to Degree level with extensive post qualification work experience within a service and/or project-based environment.Proven experience of successfully managing complex contracts and service-based operations, preferably within a medical equipment or healthcare environment.Working knowledge of medical imaging equipment would be desirable.Good commercial/financial and contractual awareness.A proactive approach to service delivery & management.A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with customers and staff at levels.A good degree of computer literacy and knowledge as it relates to Office software and bespoke service management packages.Benefits:
