Inhome channel manager position is an externally focused role, leading Icecream business with a Inhome (Modern Trade) Customer(s). The person is responsible for developing strong working relationships with customer contacts, for developing and executing customer strategies, and taking overall accountability for financial performance for business with the customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet sales and quality targets (sell-in, sell-out, product availability, distribution of TOP products, introduction of new products) at customers and in the area of responsibility.
Perform and report on assigned tasks in a timely and qualitative manner.
Develop and implement strategies as well as specific sales activities at distribution customers.
Building long-term partnerships and seeking new business development opportunities, in particular, expanding the distribution of Unilever products.
Initiating, coordinating , controlling customer promotions.
Preparation of presentations for meetings with customers.
Control and settlement of assigned budgets.
Ensuring the continuous availability of IC products at customers.
Timely introduction of new products to distribution customers.
Negotiating and enforcing commercial contracts with customers.
Effective cooperation and communication with other team members (other KAM IH/MT, CSP, MKTG, SC).
Oversee timely payment of individual direct customers.
Timely and quality-appropriate settlement of promotions, discounts, bonuses with distributors.
Joint field work with customer representative , subordinate employees and market visits to POS.
Coordinate and proactively develop UL cooperation with customers based on new technologies, solutions implemented at customers' sites.
Total control of customer cooperation process.
