The largest device company in the world – with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care. **Injection Molding Process Engineer** **2 year contract** **35.00-53.50 DOE** + Develop and sustain optimum molding process for medical manufacturing device components + Develop injection molding process per the decouple scientific principles. + Run Projects from start to finish. + Improve and troubleshoot areas in the molding department. + Validation IQ/OQ/PQ, Ground up process development following Alcon procedures and processes. + Plastic experience required. Master Molder certification preferred. + Decoupled Molding Principles + Project Management + Requires good communication, people skills to work well with other departments, customers. + Ability to write technical reports and prepare and make effective presentations **Top 3 Must Haves:** + 3+ years of experience in the following: + Develop and sustain optimum molding process for medical manufacturing device components + Develop injection molding process per the decouple scientific principles. + Execution and validation of IQ/OQ/PQ **Preferred:** + RJG or Paulson Certification for Injection Molding + Engineering Degree a plus + 10+ Year in Plastic Manufacturing Industry This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
