What You'll Do as a Injection Molding Technician:

Set up, change, and maintain injection molds to ensure smooth operations.Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to molding machines.Collaborate with production personnel to ensure parts meet quality standards.Conduct quality inspections and correct issues promptly.Monitor machines for maintenance needs and report concerns.Train and coach machine operators on best practices.Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Work Experience

What a Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

2-5 years of injection molding experienceStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skills (preferably in plastics)Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periodsHigh school diploma preferred; technical education is a plus
