NovaCare Rehabilitation in Minneapolis, MN is currently seeking a full-time WorkStrategies Specialist for an industrial setting.

 

This is a 40-hour-per-week position for a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to be a part of a unique opportunity within the industrial setting. We are expanding our partnership with an international employer at the MSP airport for Injury Prevention services. 

 

Compensation: starting at $50,000 and commensurate with experience.

Schedule: 5:00a.m.-11:00p.m. 5-8 hour shifts; Monday-Friday.

Prevention Services include:Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfortErgonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutionsDesign and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretching Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settingsProviding education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topicsOffice ergonomicsHealth and wellness consultationDocumentation and reporting on employee encountersRegular communication with both client and Select leadership Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

EMT CertificateMinimum one year experience as an EMT Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificationExcellent written and oral communication skillsPosition requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic First Aid3 years EMT experience a plus Additional Data
