Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator.

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate printing equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.Check paper for type, size, color and quantity.Visually inspect forms throughout run for qualityCoordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.

You Must Have:

Good verbal communication skills are required to interact with vendors and internal staffDecision making skills based on production needsAbility to visually recognize colors and formulate inksKnowledge of press room and order flowMath skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractionsAbility to establish/maintain positive working relationships with co-workersAbility to lift 45 pounds several times daily

We Would Also Prefer:

1+ years in manufacturing
