You’ll be:** - Operating ink-making machinery and equipment to produce high-quality inks. - Pulling, weighing, and blending raw materials to create various types of inks (water, solvent, UV/EB, or oil-based). - Reading and interpreting batch tickets while adhering to established work processes and procedures. - Accurately processing and completing documentation, including recording information on batch tickets and labeling containers. - Meeting production schedules and metrics to ensure quality products are produced. - Following all safety and regulatory compliance procedures and attending required meetings and training. - Engaging in inventory control activities and performing other duties as assigned by production management. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** - Have a high school degree or equivalent; prior batch-making or compounding experience is preferred. - Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and are detail-oriented, clean, and reliable. - Have experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment, which is preferred. - Are able to perform basic math operations and use mathematical formulas, charts, and diagrams effectively. - Are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, with the ability to maneuver heavier drums. **What happens next** Once you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
