Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Ink Technician at its Fresno, CA Precision Press facility. The position is responsible for coordinating ink requirements, mixing ink, maintaining ink inventory and reordering ink and related supplies as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

Coordinate ink requirements according to production needs.Mix inks according to procedures and formulas.Maintain ink inventories and related supplies.Complete paperwork and maintain accurate records.Cross train/perform other positions within the Pre-Press Department.Prioritize work schedule as necessary to minimize production down time.Follow safety procedures.

Your Shift:

2nd shift​2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday - Friday


You Must Have:

1+ years of prior press exposureGood verbal communication skills are required to interact with vendors and internal staffDecision making skills based on production needsAbility to visually recognize colors and formulate inksKnowledge of press room and order flowMath skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractionsAbility to establish/maintain positive working relationships with co-workersAbility to lift 45 pounds several times daily


We Would Also Prefer:

Prefer operating knowledge of flexographic label press Completion of high school (or GED)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $18-20 Hourly. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee
