INLEC Coordinator
Monadelphous
Our Energy division is seeking an INLEC Coordinator. This role will be based in Darwin on a Monday to Friday basis.

Leadership and management of all aspects of the site based Electrical and Instrumentation team, including Supervisors, Coordinators and Trades.
Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements
Provide expert advice, support, technical and functional information as required.
Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP
Electrical and Instrumentation trade or engineering qualification
Significant leadership experience of site based personnel
Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment.
Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements
Desirable but not essential: P6 planning tool experience
