=Main Tasks=
- Inner Sales Task integration in Asia Pacific
• Coordination of the integration of inner sales tasks in other countries e.g. India, Japan, Korea
- Prototype, tooling, and customer portal management
• Monitoring / maintenance / administration in customer and internal portals, GTS, CDB, SAP, NCM
• Billing and requisitions
- Account Receivable (follow up, system check, credit note, AR offset, Write off)
• Cooperation with customer service representative / shared service center
• Support / Resolving in unclear circumstances in customer communication
- End of production management
• Support Sales for EOP management
- Contract database management
• Coordination of contract management project in Asia Pacific
• Contract hard copy documentation and scanning copy upload in Icertis
- Project support
• Monitoring / maintenance / administration in detailed consultation/agreement with Account Manager in various forms and tools as requested/needed (i.e. MS Office, CDB, SAP, ICM)
- Customer master data setup
• Monitoring / maintenance / administration in web pastis, SAP (i.e. sold-to, ship-to, information, pricing etc.)
• Marketing data maintenance and report to sales
• Pricing input and maintenance
- General customer care including customer portals:
• Organization of any general customer change (i.e. reproduction of new customer demands in BASF systems/processes (i.e. new set ups for EDI-Data, schedule agreements, supply chains);
• Upload relevant and requested data in customer portals.
=Main Requirements=
- Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Has 5-8 years of experience in related field.
- Fluent in English and Chinese in both spoken and written.
- Good communication skills internally and externally, quick learner, familiar with SAP or related systems.
