Looking to build connections, careers, and the future? Do this and more as a Gordon Food Service intern!  Find your place in our InnoServ department with internships available. This role will provide excellent exposure to a wide array of activities. Interns will be exposed to numerous development opportunities that will help with their development while sharpening their business acumen.  Our team is exposed to an ever-growing number of exciting and challenging projects.

If you like to have the freedom to work on assignments while still having access to the supervisor then this internship is for you!

Our 12-week paid internship program offers firsthand experience and meaningful projects that have an impact on our business. Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals receiving mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities that will expose you to various aspects of our industry. 

The InnoServ intern will be largely self guided. The intern will be given a list of tasks needed to be completed with deadlines.

InnoServ is growing quickly and is in the process of developing a brand identity. As an intern you will help develop the identity in a fun and creative way!

Communications & Legal Risk 

Finance

Human Resources 

IT 

Marketing & Merchandising 

Supply Chain 

Attending unique networking opportunities 

Engaging in our mentorship program

Learning from experts in personal finance, LinkedIn best practices, sharpening your presentation skills, and more.

Meeting the following qualifications to be considered for our 2025 internship program:

Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor degree in Communications and/or creative desig.n

Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Time management and organizational skills.

Ability and willingness to learn.

Must be authorized to work in the US.
