Requirements:

8+ years of experience in eCommerce, business development, or project management, ideally in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.Strong background in designing business models and frameworks for growth-oriented projects.Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and executing large-scale initiatives.Solid understanding of business finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.Experience working closely with technology and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.Structured thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
