The Role

We are looking for an Innovation Manager for Mexico and Center America, Your mission is to implement and drive the implementation of the growth strategy in SI LC Mexico for managing the process of innovation and change management in an organization, the person who "originates new ideas but also recognizes innovative ideas, including

·       Develop novel solutions.

·       Improve operational processes. 

·       Increase operations speed and reduce costs. 

·       Build strategies to retain the talent.

·       Responsible for maintaining organizational technological strategy, defining the requirements for new technology implementations and communicating them to key business stakeholders.

The Innovation manager will have 2 direct reports engaged in data analytics and will interact with the different areas of innovation and digitalization in the Business Units and Factories.

You will be part of the management team of SI Mexico, and organization of 1 billion EUR with a highly motivated team that has duplicated the business since the inception of SI MX in 2019. You will be part of a 6000-employee organization distributed in Mexico and Center America.

Your Tasks and responsibilities

Creating a culture of innovation by ensuring the company’s time, resources and focus keep innovation at the forefront.Responsible for organizational leadership on technology issues, management of the technology research and review function, ensuring the alignment of technology vision with business strategy, and for driving technology innovation throughout the entire organization. Develop a comprehensive, inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy by collaborating with the senior leadership and BU /Factory Management, which determines the enterprise's overall visionLead the digitalization strategy process and operating mechanisms to track progress and implementation of strategic initiatives against objectives as well as lead research and analysis to inform major company decisions Implementation of Strategies: develop and drive business models and strategies, including internal digitalization initiatives and automation projects in Finance.Implementation of IT landscapes and steering IT departments towards becoming agile, responsive, and value-driven unitsTo fortifying digital landscapes against evolving threats. safeguarding assets and software developments by integrating cybersecurity measures seamlessly into overarching business strategiesFacilitate the smooth Collaboration in the factories/BUs & workshops in the country, contribute to definition and set up of value chain that ensures competitiveness and use cross-country synergies where relevant Ensure a compliant business behavior and serve as a Role Model for the SI MX community and beyond by living and promoting ownership culture and entrepreneurship.  Lead, motivate, coach and develop an innovation/digital team of professionals within SI MX by creating an innovation and digitalization culture Driving action on innovation plans in collaboration with relevant team members. Build and maintain trustful relationships with key stakeholders in the worldwide matrix organization. Strong cooperation with Entrepreneurs and SI LATAMOverseeing new innovations as they are introduced to the marketplaceEnsuring innovation provides value to customers and cultivate long-term relationships with those customersBuilding a strong network of connections who can support collaboration and provide valuable feedback innovation processesEstablishing clear processes for generating ideas, creating prototypes and producing themEvaluating and balancing risk/reward for innovation and organizational objectives

What will you need to succeed? 

10 -15 years of working experience with solid knowledge in Business operations, Bachelor of Business degree, or comparableExperience in Power BI, Tableau, Robotic Process Automation and Generative AIExperience in Project Management with strong knowledge in Agile techniques or similar toolsProven Experience in Change Management, Lean Management, Process Mining & Visualization Strong Knowledge in Data Mining and Design Thinking Proven experience in Business Case development, Strategy and Transformation initiativesERP SAP Expert -Evaluation of business needs and design system changes including the functional designStrong Knowledge in Low Code applications (e.g. Mendix) and IT infrastructure Champion in System and Process Optimization Knowledge in Cybersecurity requirementsStrong Management and leadership mindset for stakeholder management and people development. Experience leading large teams and driving high performance culture. Proven ability to work successfully in a multi-national environment and a matrix organization.Effective communication, presentation and networking skills up to executive level Lead and proactively drive change and deliver compelling message to secure commitment and buy-inInspire and motivate others to deliver results.Excitement and drive for change while being empathetic to a successful organizations’ culture.Fluent in English and Spanish
