We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead the creation, design, and execution of multichannel solutions with a strong digital focus. This role involves coordinating with different units to enhance integration and innovation, training teams and clients on available solutions, ensuring quality control and customer experience, and driving the evolution of current solutions through AI and new technologies. You will also develop key support materials for communication and sales while building relationships with partners and tech developers to identify new opportunities.
Responsabilidades
- Coordination and development in the creation, design and execution of the group's specific solutions at multichannel level and with great weight in digital.
- Relationship and coordination with the different units of the group that favor the interconnection of the group's capabilities for the improvement of solutions.
- Training the group's teams and customers on the different solutions available as well as monitoring needs, quality control and customer experiences.
- Innovation and evolution of current solutions through the interconnection of media, new technologies, AI...
- Development of the necessary support materials required by the solutions for their communication, coordination and sale as well as their maintenance.
- Relationship with partners and technology developers to detect new innovation opportunities.
Cualificaciones
- University studies Advertising, Marketing or Audiovisual Communication.
- High English (B2 minimum, C1 or C2 desirable) will be evaluated by the Talent team.
- 3 years of experience as a planner especially in digital environment: experience in prescription, coordination and activation of digital campaigns as well as content.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and experience in other media: audiovisual, outdoor, social... multichannel profile desirable (tools, technologies, planning).
- Project development skills: coordination of teamwork, application of quality standards to project implementation and planning and control of project development and timings.
- Experience with technology providers, media and digital solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible and multi-tasking digital environment.
- Open to share knowledge with other team members.
- Analytical skills
