Budget Management: Manage the budget for robotics and digitalization projects, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial reporting.\n6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology projects, including data security, compliance, and technical challenges.\n7. Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source technology solutions and manage relationships.\n8. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.\n9. Data Strategy: Collaborate and implement a data strategy, including data collection, storage, analysis, and utilization, to support decision-making.\n10. Change Management: Implement strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.\n11. Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of robotics and digitalization initiatives and report regularly to senior leadership.\n12.
