About DHL Supply ChainAs the Digitalization Logistics processes Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our automation, and digitalization initiatives working together with Stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in defining our technology strategy, managing projects, and leading a team of experts. Your responsibilities include:Job Purpose:Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related.\n5+ years of experience in project management area.\nKnowledge and experience in personnel management and in manufacturing and logistics management (internal and/or contractors).\nFinancial knowledge of projects.\nKnowledge of robot engineering and experience with projects related to robotics\n \nBackground in Logistics.\nExperience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.\nManagement experience in project execution, with strong, well-developed communication, influencing and coaching skills\nFluent English is a must.Key responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for robotics and digitalization initiatives aligned with organizational goals.\n2. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring robotics and digitalization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.\n3. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of skilled professionals including roboticists, engineers, data scientists, and software developers.\n4. Technology & Robotics Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and robotics, assess their relevance to the organization, and make recommendations for adoption or investment.\n5. Budget Management: Manage the budget for robotics and digitalization projects, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial reporting.\n6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology projects, including data security, compliance, and technical challenges.\n7. Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source technology solutions and manage relationships.\n8. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.\n9. Data Strategy: Collaborate and implement a data strategy, including data collection, storage, analysis, and utilization, to support decision-making.\n10. Change Management: Implement strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.\n11. Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of robotics and digitalization initiatives and report regularly to senior leadership.\n12.
