We are now looking for an Innovation Explorer & MVP designer to join our newly created RBU. In this role, you will join the Analytics & Innovation team and report to the Analytics & Innovation Director.
How you can contribute and have an impact?
Identify and explore innovation territories and ensure the desirability aspect of innovation projects.Territory Identification: Research and identify new areas for innovation that align with market trends, customer needs, and organizational goals.Desirability Assessment: Evaluate the desirability of innovation projects by conducting market research, user testing, and feasibility studies.Innovation Exploration: Lead exploratory projects to test and validate new ideas, ensuring they meet desirability criteria.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to gather insights and feedback on potential innovation territories.Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform innovation strategies.Concept Development: Develop and refine innovative concepts, ensuring they are desirable, feasible, and viable.Project Management: Oversee the execution of innovation projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with desirability goals.Reporting and Communication: Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholder.What we look for:
Proven experience in innovation management, ecosystem facilitation, or a related role.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.Fluency in English, other local languages are considered as an advantage.Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
