What the day will look like Coordinate and drive client engagement on new solutions, collecting feedback to feed into innovation initiatives Establish and oversee a continuous feedback loop from clients and colleagues on new solutions and feed these into the ACIA and ABS to enhance Human Capital solutions Act as the conduit between the Marketing and Events teams and Human Capital business in the planning, execution and follow-up for Client Innovation Events Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Leaders and ACIA and to execute the go-to-market strategy, colleague training and benefits realization for key solutions e.g. HRA, NBA, Gen-AI for Analytics tools, AI Employee Concierge Set, track and report against performance KPIs Partner with regional and local market leaders on new solutions ideas, innovation roadmap and colleague training and client engagement How this opportunity is different The Innovation Growth Analyst will work closely with the Innovation and Partnerships Leader, Human Capital Commercial Leaders and ACIA to drive localization and adoption of new solutions including Health Risk Analyzer and Next Best Action and work with the Marketing and Events teams to support Client Innovation Events across key Human Capital markets. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven track record managing events and driving commercialization of new solutions. Minimum 10 years’ experience in business or event planning and management. Passionate about innovation, analytical and have a forward-leaning approach to business. Confidently engage and negotiate with senior internal and external stakeholders. Strong influencing skills to obtain commitment to new initiatives and partnership. Strong relationship builder with ability to find common ground, build consensus and strengthen collaboration amongst diverse stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing proposals, presentation and speaking in front of groups.
