Responsibilities Serve as a software development expert for complex cloud native products, including the agency's Multi-Cloud Tracker Tool (MCTT).Provide high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation.Provide in-depth technical and/or management knowledge and analysis of specialized IT subject areas, including, but not limited to, systems and software, hardware, protocols, processes, networks, applications, security, testing, and customer support.Participate, as needed, in all phases of the systems lifecycle, with emphasis on one or more of the following activities: planning, analysis, design, development, testing, integration, support, documentation, quality control, and risk management.Provide technical guidance on implementing microservices, containers and container orchestration, using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift. QualificationsSpecial Skills:
5+ years of experience leading enterprise-level IT systems/cloud development and sustainment for the Federal government, including inter-connected IT system transitions, modernizations, acquisitions, and transformations7-10 years of hands-on experience in roles such as software engineering, development and sustainment, IT modernization, or IT project management are essential
Experience:
10+ years experience delivering DoD or Intelligence Community cloud systems1+ year of experience in implementing AI/Gen AI engagement at DoD or other Government agencies
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field Masters degree preferred, but not required
Certifications Required:
Azure Fundamentals CertAI CertAgile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)Project Management Professional (PMP)
Clearance:
DoD Top Secret prior to start of work
