The Client Innovation team conducts pre-sales engagements that solve complex business problems with technology for Pega’s most important Clients using a collaborative AI-led workshop approach that focus on the Client’s business outcomes, precise problem definition, design thinking, and rapid prototyping to design better enterprise solutions FASTER.  We help our Clients solve some of their most important problems.

The Client Innovation team is comprised of business, design and technology professionals that engage with each other in a collaborative manner within their individual workgroup and across the entire team.  We foster a lifelong learning culture powered by your professional curiosity.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Hands on Technical Expertise:

Build solution prototypes with Pega InfinityTM and other Pega products quicklyBuild Pega application blueprints with Pega BlueprintTMAct as a champion of Pega’s product capabilities during an engagement.Partner with a OnePega team to build innovative workflow solutions with Pega and non-Pega tools as needed with React, Java script, and object-oriented programming as background knowledge sources.

 

Technical Thought Leadership:

Serve clients and our team as a thought leader providing Pega Infinity Platform product knowledge.Lead or join “technology forums” within the broader Client Innovation team. Discuss, develop and share best practices, leverage lessons learned, and incorporate technology emerging trends into our shared understanding.

 

Coaching & Mentoring

Create and maintain a calendar of classes, workshops, symposia, certifications, etc. as enablement and development opportunities for the other technical leads.Become an expert of at least one to three product domains – front end design, case management, integrations, legacy – non-pega technology, cloud modernization, SOR approaches, data analytics, GenAI and more.

 

 

Who You Are: A lover of technology, a practitioner of form and function and willing to be hands on keyboard creating solutions for Fortune 500 customer problems.You bring both technical with some design acumen to your approach, aligning business viability and satisfying human needs.You are an inquisitive ‘problem-seeker’ & ‘solver’ excited by complexity and at home with ambiguity as you explore a problem space.You are versatile and adaptable in approach seamlessly shifting language and delivery to suit both context and need.What You've Accomplished: 10 years of progressively responsible experience or Masters with 5 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutionsExpertise in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applicationsExpertise in a variety of technologies including, but not limited to: Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MS/SQL, DB2, etc.), RESTful APIs, Microservices, Event Streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon Kinesis, etc.), OAuth, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, OpenShift etc.), expertise in one of the following major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principlesExceptional communication skills, ability to address business and technical audiencesExperience leading in Agile and Scrum methodologiesPega Offers You:
