Responsibilities The Opportunity: This role supports the Innovation team on planning and launching all innovation and promotional projects. Activities include lead the Supply Chain area along with the Innovation team in all meetings and coordinate each supply chain department in order to evaluate the capacity throughout the development stage and guarantee that all projects are launched on time in full. Also, role includes the focus on reducing the write-off projection due to innovation processes. Your Impact: As Innovation Planning Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of: 1. Lead all innovation projects with Marketing team and represent the Supply Chain team on each and every Project Meeting; 2. Lead all capacity analysis along with the Network Design and Production Planning teams, for all innovation; 3. Influence Innovation Team to make the correct decisions considering the Supply Chain constraint and needs 4. Sponsor a better in-depth process for the construction of the innovation sell-in volume; 5. Guarantee that all innovation projects should be launched on time in full; 6. Be the communication tunnel between the Innovation and Supply Chain teams, spreading the concepts of each project; 7. Follow-up on every launch, ensuring that the major KPIs for each innovation are being achieved; 8. Coordenate the team to guarantee information flow to place orders on the system for each innovation process, and follow-up the arrival of each material; 9. Aim to reduce to zero the write-off on innovation projects. 10. Lead all projects that is not in Innovation Scope, but regards new process, as re-sizing project, a Promotional Projects, a new process with Procurement or R&D, and so on. 11. Create the bridges between the local teams and the GBS Team, influencing all the achieve all Innovation’s Project Targets Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • Supply Chain professional with experience throughout different areas of supply chain; • Extremely communicative, flexible and able to pass on information in a clear and timely way; • Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence senior leaders; • Deeply understanding of supply chain processe -Intermediate - Advanced Excel -Intermediate English -2 to 3 years in supply roles (required) If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
