Innovation Portfolio Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating strategic initiatives into corporate innovation portfolio for executive oversight. The role supports the facilitation of value assurance reviews, optimization of resource allocation, prioritization of capital deployment, and end-to-end performance measurement of business objectives.

Qualifications:

15+ years of energy industry experience including project management, business development, and leadershipStrong understanding of vision, strategy, technologies, innovation methods, and culture transformationExperience with stakeholder management and managing company executive leadership relationshipsSelf-starter with creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, adaptability, and presentation masteryFamiliarity in leading strategic planning and governance with project management methodologiesAbility to perform technical and economic analysis for investment planning of strategic initiativesSolid financial and commercial acumen for business development and portfolio managementExcellent leadership and communication skills across the diverse organizationBachelor’s degree in business or technical field. MBA preferred
