Innovation Portfolio Sales Manager Mobility

Role description: 

Lead long-term, sustainable, profitable growth for a portfolio of innovative solutions. Engaging and inspiring adoption through the Global Business Areas (GBA) Mobility structure 

Role accountabilities: 

Drive growth & scale of innovative solutions within the US & Canada:

Own the innovation Order Intake in North America (70% US & 30% Canada). Sell a portfolio of innovative services and digital products in close collaboration with Mobility Product Managers and Mobility Solution Directors, as well as Intelligence’s Product Managers and sales team. Lead the entire MtO process and internal stakeholders’ engagement and alignment for innovation and digital related solutions. Support the PtW phases when those solutions are embedded into larger opportunities. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies: Collaborate with Product Managers, Account Leaders & Solution Directors to develop the right go-to-market strategy for each solution. Generate and convert leads: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and referrals.  Convert leads into sales opportunities by conducting effective sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Manage Key Client relationship: Collaborate with Account Leaders to develop and maintain Key Clients relationships and foster innovation and digital sales. Engage and build strong relationships with new clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with Marcomm to elaborate the marketing plan and ensure high external visibility by targeting the right audience. Sales reporting and forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, track sales activities, and provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools effectively to manage customer relationships and sales data During Early Discovery and testing phases: Support GBA Innovation Manager, Global Solution Directors and Product Managers in identifying trends and client’s challenges. Bring North America market expertise: Stay up to date with industry advancements, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to help position GBA Mobility innovative solutions effectively. Contribute to market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, competitive landscape, and market trends by bringing US-Canada market knowledge. Help Solution Directors and Innovation teams to access clients for high level innovation & trends discussions. Support pursuits & proposals development: Support Pursuit teams in preparing and presenting compelling proposals and quotations to clients. (Responds to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for private and public entities), highlighting the unique selling points and value proposition of innovative solutions. Collaborate with Product Managers and Operations to ensure accurate pricing, scope, and delivery of projects. Contribute to renew the Mobility innovation pipeline by uncovering clients’ unmet needs and pain points.  Contribute to Value Proposition development with Product Managers by providing market & ecosystem knowledge and access to clients during the discovery and testing phases. 

Support to the Product Managers in testing MVP and securing pilots for clients during Pilot & MVP phases

Co-develop go-to-market strategies for new innovative services: collaborate with Product Managers and Account Leaders to develop the right go-to-market strategy. Internal stakeholder management: Proactive engagement internally to get internal buy-in of the innovative solutions: operations, sales, key account leaders, etc. Help Product Managers to identify leads and opportunities and to access clients. Support them in selling and securing pilots. Contribute to Value Proposition iteration and agility with clients’ feedback and business model review.

Qualifications & Experience: 

We look for someone with:

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in a sales team and selling products and services to B2B.  To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate significant experience working in a sales team, selling products and services B2B. You will need to show experience building and maintaining relationships at leadership level, using these relationships to influence, drive initiatives and embed innovation solutions, inspiring multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose. You will need an ambitious mindset and drive to support business growth and meet targets and an entrepreneurial attitude and strategic focus with excellent commercial drive and decisiveness.

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
