This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products that shape the future of sustainable heating technologies. **We encourage you to apply if you like leading** **impactful projects; influencing the future of sustainable heating technologies as well as well as a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment that values creativity and innovation.** **Job Responsibilities** + Lead and manage cross-functional innovation and R&D projects, from idea to commercialization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. + Drive innovation in electric heating systems and polymer-based applications by leveraging advanced material science and engineering expertise. + Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to develop and refine products that meet customer needs and industry standards. + Implement and promote agile project management methodologies, fostering adaptability, efficiency, and team empowerment. + Analyze and optimize innovation and R&D throughout business processes to enhance performance and scalability while maintaining high-quality standards. + Partner with stakeholders to define technical requirements and provide insights into emerging trends and opportunities in the industry. **Background & Skills** **Educational Background:** + Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
