We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and dynamic Innovation Thought Leader & Content Strategist to be an integral part of our Innovation Business Unit and play a pivotal role in ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of industry trends and addresses the key challenges and needs of corporate innovation leaders. This position is ideal for a charismatic communicator who can bring our brand voice to life, lead thought-provoking conversations, and drive content marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Interest: Act as a subject matter expert on innovation management, providing insights on trends, challenges, corporate needs, best practices, and emerging opportunities. Client Engagement: Participate in expert meetings with clients, addressing their challenges and showcasing how innosabi’s solutions align with their needs. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team, offering expert insights and content resources to help build trust and close deals. Strategic Content Creation: Develop and execute content marketing strategies that reflect deep industry knowledge, including whitepapers, thought leadership articles, case studies, and research-backed insights. Multimedia Production: Lead the development of webinars, podcasts, video series, and other multimedia formats, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality output. Collaborative Planning: Work closely with customer success managers to gather feedback and success stories that can inform future content strategies and amplify customer successes. Knowledge Sharing: Provide internal stakeholders with regular updates on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure alignment across teams. Thought Leadership: Represent innosabi as a trusted expert in the innovation management industry through conferences, panel discussions, and public-facing content.The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in the innovation management industry with the ability to engage clients directly during expert meetings, support the sales team, and collaborate with customer success managers.
The candidate must also be confident speaking to clients as a speaker during workshops or conferences and comfortable on screen when hosting webinars or creating video content. The position focuses on creating high-impact content, including articles, videos, webinars, podcasts, eBooks, and more.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and persuasively. Experience: Proven track record of engaging with B2B audiences as a consultant, industry expert, or content strategist in innovation, technology, or a related field. Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with clients, from corporate leaders to operational teams. Must be comfortable speaking in public and on camera Content Strategy: Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage diverse content marketing projects across multiple formats. Industry Expertise: Profound understanding of innovation management, including corporate trends, challenges, and best practices. Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to align content strategies with business objectives. Language: Native American English speaker or equivalent proficiency. German language skills are a plus but not required. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, openness to feedback, and a desire to integrate seamlessly into our team culture. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and platforms for content production, including video editing, webinar hosting, and social media management would be a plus.
