Job Responsibilities:

The Intern - Innovation Ventures will support the office of Magna Technology Ventures in finding, monitoring, researching, and potentially investing in startup companies related to the future of the automotive industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Research Startup companies and corresponding technologies globally.Materially contribute to investing and partnering with startup companies around the globe that help to advance Magna's strategy.Develop market maps, research new areas of technology or business model innovations, and conduct extensive diligence on potential new investments.Conduct advanced research prior to an event or conference on attendees, companies of interest, etc.Research Venture Capital firms globally and creating a database

Qualifications:

Junior or Senior University studentLegitimate interest in new technology areas and the ability to research and learn independentlyMassively intellectually curiousStrong organization skillsBoth a technical (hardware or software) and finance background is ideal - strong in one is required

Skills:
