Innovations and Response Planner (Fixed Term Contract)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

Ensure smooth running of end-to-end processes to achieve high levels of Customer Service at optimal costs.Drive implementation, support the following key corporate initiatives.DR (Dispatch Rate)Planning Related DR Loss reductionReview Critical stocks / OOS, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situationWorking Capital/Cash (Stock) reductionReview overstock / excess stocks, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situation Innovation PlanningEnsure OTIF implementation of Innovations NetworkLead weekly review of innovations network and ensure updates are done accordingly during PT (Project Team) MeetingsEnsure all known supply chain risks are raised and tabled during PT Mtgs.Liaise with key Supply Chain functions to understand risks (i.e. Sourcing Unit, Procurement) and detail out network impactConnect with local and regional sourcing units to understand material ordering to production leadtimesEnsures buy to deploy network are aligned with 2P suppliersEnsure early management meetings happen prior to Pre-production meetingsEM1 – Kick -offEM2 – Risk AssessmentEM3 – Production Ready

Supply Planning

Ensure effective running of Purchase to payments (P-2-P) cycle.Establish and sustain collaborative/ productive relationship with Unilever & 3P SuppliersResponsible for running stock modelling for FGResponsible for the rough cut capacity plan and ensure that adequate investments are done to secure the required customer service level. This is in accordance to RCDSRPlan production according to the market requirements and maintain a live and valid master production scheduleOptimize the production plan by implementation of the production run strategy to ensure high level of customer serviceSupport innovations and activationsManage Working capital targets of site to agreed management levels

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree, Supply chain or Engineerin3-5 Years in Supply Chain operations, Customer Service, Planning experience and exposure to Purchase to payment cycleExperience in FMCG Supply Chain is an advantage (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)Experience on SAP ERP, APO, (Familiarity on Kinaxis is an advantage)Proficient in ExcelCommercial acumen and cross functional business process knowledgeExperienced in handling different teams and people management
