As Innovative Access Manager/ Senior Manager in Roche, you will develop close relationships with finance firms, insurtech, insurers, re-insurers and other innovative partners, collaborate with internal teams to integrate resources to drive synergistic business development and awareness enhancement. In addition, you will explore multiple payment models such as city supplementary commercial health insurance, innovative payment and commercial health insurance to help more patients improve the affordability and accessibility of innovative drug, and link to the healthcare ecosystem development , also improve the health benefits of patients and maximize the business value of key products to maximize value to enhance the strategic value of Innovative Access.

Your Opportunity

Expand partners: Develop diverse partners and establish close cooperative relationships with major participants in multiple payment models (including but not limited to policy academic institutions, commercial health insurers, finance firms, insurtech, insurers, re-insurers, etc.) in strategic partnership level；Strategy formulation: develop cooperation and promotion strategies of innovative multiple payment models / cooperation model based on industry observations and business insights, as well as the company's strategic planning priorities；Business analysis: Coordinate with business, strategic planning and other teams to add practical insights from different perspectives and promote collaborative business development and cognitive improvement;Exploration of new diversified cooperation models: Explore innovative implementation models of diversified payment/ cooperation models with business partner based on disease areas, implement and track outcome of innovative commercial health insurance models, to quickly, widely and sustainably improve patient health benefits. Conduct business analysis and feed back into strategy formulation and business promotion, so as to maximize the affordability and accessibility of Roche’s key products.

Who you are

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in applied scientific disciplines including but not limited to insurance, financing, pharmacy or medicine.You have more than five years of relevant work experience in insurance/ insur-tech industry, experience in marketing or sales with strong relationship of partnerning. Extensive experience and capabilities in development of business and customer.You possess a creative mindset, be able to integrate ideas to help achieve business goals and maintain customer relationships with strong sense of ownership.You have strong communication skills and ability to build productive cross-functional and modular partnerships and the ability to integrate multiple resources. You demonstrate a growth mindset and be able to formulate and complete business goals upon self-driven-based business characteristicYou are able to manage projects and promote its implementation self-driven, so as to maximize projects’ value. Ability to work well in matrix environment autonomously and independently along with certain pressure.You have Excellent oral and written skills in Chinese and English; Excellent ability to create PowerPoint.
