Full Time Lead Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team!
Shift:
Full Time. 40hrs/wk, evening shift. Per Department needs.

Assists the Director and Manager in the design, implementation and coordination of all clinical pharmacy programs. Develops and provides educational programs to the medical, nursing and pharmacy staffs. Coordinates the agenda, minutes and formal presentation of drug information to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. The clinical coordinator will also participate in the maintenance of the drug formulary and recommend medication selections based on current standards of practice and contract considerations to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. The purpose is delivery of quality care commensurate with the age of the patient population for the said designated area. (i.e. neonate through geriatrics).
