Inpatient Physical Therapist - Adult Physical Therapy - FT 1.0 (80 hrs biweekly)

Our Physical Therapists work closely with patients to understand their challenges, create personalized treatment plans, and guide them through therapies designed to restore function and reduce pain through one-on-one patient care. Using proven, evidence-based techniques, our therapists play a key role in our patients' recovery journey - whether they're bouncing back from a surgery or an injury, managing a disability, or regaining strength after an illness.

What We’re Looking For

 

A professional degree in Physical Therapy (bachelors, masters or doctor of physical therapy). Current state licensure in Ohio and/or West Virginia. Basic Life Support certification required upon hire. A team-oriented, friendly, patient-centered, and empathetic professional with excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and emotional maturity.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs. Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and medical conditions. Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment. Educate patients and their caregivers on proper techniques, injury prevention, and post-treatment care. Track patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
