For a complete description of our benefits for this position, **click here.** UW Medical Center-Montlake – Rehab has an outstanding opportunity for a **Per Diem Nurse (RN).** **WORK SCHEDULE** + Days and Nights + Variable 12 and 8 hour shifts + Must be available a minimum of 4 shifts per 4 week schedule **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION** + Our 16-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit is rated as #8 for Rehabilitation in the nation, by U.S. News and World Report, and continues to hold CARF (Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) certification. Rehab nurses provide specialized nursing care to patients with the following: spinal cord injury or disease (including tetraplegia with mechanical ventilation); acquired brain injury; stroke; tumor; amputation; neuromuscular diseases; musculoskeletal diseases; solid organ, blood, and marrow transplants; and mechanical circulatory support devices (VADs).
