Primary FunctionThe Inquiry Team Specialist I is responsible for responding to written correspondence.
Principal Duties:Respond to borrower's inquiries regarding a variety of subjects.Familiarize yourself with tasks used to address particular inquiries.Be able to navigate the team's OneNote to use as a reference guide.Be able to compose responses with minimal errors, that sound professional while still being understandable to the least sophisticated borrower.Manage your worklist to ensure that items do not age more than is necessary.Meet department standards for both productivity and accuracy.Assist in the loan servicing inboxes if needed.Assist in working loan servicing tasks if needed.Performs related duties as assigned by management.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent, required.Bachelor’s degree, preferred.0 - 2 years’ relevant experience.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesIntermediate MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook knowledge.Excellent work ethic, high productivity, and acute attention to detail needed.Must possess a short learning curve related to assimilation of new skills and tasks.Superior written and verbal communication, follow-up skills and a strong sense of accountability a must.Superior organizational skills needed.Ability to multi-task as well as quickly adapt to changing work assignments.
