Your role and responsibilitiesThe Inquiry to Order (I2O) Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for driving the end-to-end optimization of the I2O business process with a primary focus on SalesForce Opportunity Management and the data flow across the Electrification Service ecosystem, including ServIS, CRM, Opportunity Management, CPQ (Configure Price Quote), and Order Entry. This role requires a strategic leader and hands-on problem solver with a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, opportunity management, and data flow integration to improve overall process efficiency, data accuracy and user experience from lead to order completion.This position will also directly manage the newly created position of “Contract Management Business Process Owner”Work Model HybridLocation GlobalProcess Ownership•\tLead the enhancement of SalesForce Opportunity Management by identifying pain points, evaluating current workflows, and implementing process improvements.•Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure that SalesForce aligns with sales processes and supports effective opportunity tracking and management.•Work with technical teams to define and execute process customizations, automations, and reporting capabilities that align with business needs.•Oversee and optimize the end-to-end data flow from ServIS (Service Information System) to CRM, Opportunity Management, CPQ and ultimately to Order Entry•Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems by defining, monitoring, and improving data transfer protocols, validation rules, and integration methods•Develop and execute a change management plan to facilitate adoption of new processes and tools within the I2O lifecycle•Create and deliver training materials, documentation, and user guides to ensure a smooth transition for impacted teams•Continuously monitor process performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for further improvements or refinements
Qualifications for the role10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of experience in business process ownership, CRM management, or sales operations, preferably in a B2B environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.Proven experience working with Salesforce, specifically Opportunity Management, CRM, data flows, and down-stream system integrationExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into user stories and technical requirements.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographiesDemonstrated project management skills, including timeline management, task prioritization, and risk assessment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
