**INR Enrollment Representative (Malvern, PA)**
The INR (International Normalized Ratio) Enrollment Representative assists with the enrollment of new patients into our Remote INR Testing Program. Representatives in this role, receive and process INR Patient Order Forms, confirm patient insurance coverage with our Revenue Cycle Management team, and serve as initial contact with new patients throughout the onboarding process. This role communicates with patients mostly via phone calls to confirm status of eligibility, provide instruction on the Remote INR services, and coordinate/schedule training with our contracted nurse trainers to ensure proper meter usage and testing process.
**Your role:**
+ Receiving and processing new patient order forms
+ Calling new patients to review and confirm insurance coverage and service acceptance
+ Obtaining any missing patient or insurance information
+ Building and maintaining working relationships with clinics
+ Scheduling new patients for INR test training with staffed nurse trainers
+ Answering inbound phone calls from patient/clinic queue

+ You’ve acquired 1+ years’ experience of phone-based customer service experience.
+ Your skills include proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); comfortable using telephone and computer to perform job responsibilities.
+ You have experience communicating to patients in a healthcare setting (preferred)
+ You are comfortable working Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $17.20 to $26.25
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
