The role of the Insurance Verification Associate is to follow-up on Workers Compensation and Auto Insurance, and obtain missing doctor referrals and pre-certification. High school Graduate or equivalent. Employee must have experience in hospital registration, billing insurance procedures or a related field and be familiar with surgical and diagnostic testing terminology. Employee must be knowledgeable of avenues available to assist patients with financial aid.
