Responsibilities

Acts as a clinical coach for all new professional staff.  Functions as a resource and mentor for new professional staff.  Coordinates the implementation of the Infection Control Program in order to meet agency goals and objectives and ensure that regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferredThree years of progressive job related experience, including field visits and coordination of careLicensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York StateCurrent CPR certificationPrior experience as a preceptor/mentor preferredMicrosoft Word, Excel, Power PointSigmaCare preferred Min USD $101,503.41/Yr.
