JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative - NASA SEWP, Renewals (4-Star Technologies)

LOCATION: ADS Headquarters (Virginia Beach, VA) Not Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

This hybrid position between sales and renewals exists to manage, and when possible, anticipate customer needs and provide legendary customer service for the NASA SEWP contract. The role will require a team player that is responsible for sustainable growth within the 4-Star portfolio. This position will build strong partnerships with the external/internal stakeholders to expand on existing opportunities, negotiate cost savings and facilitate communications between customer & supplier.

RESPOND TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS VIA PHONE/EMAIL & SEWP Portal

Source products and develop quotes based on customer requests Become familiar with partner vendors and making product suggestions Research and price new products and identify new vendors as needed Negotiate with vendors on pricing & delivery Make recommendations on contracts or other funding vehicles Develop relationships to generate repeat business

RENEWALS

Negotiate terms with new and existing suppliers to maximize overall margin Identify new vendors. Assess viability for partnerships capability Maintain deep relationships with vendor community – continually reinforce ADS value proposition Execute sales initiatives that bring value and margin to ADS Sales reps and vendors Develop long term plan for renewal growth Engage in deal strategy & negotiations Actively log all sales activity

SALES ADMINISTRATION & UTILIZE SALESFORCE CRM

Post-order follow ups Track all activities & opportunities

SUPPORT SEWP SALES REPS

Provide recommendations for deal strategy Assist in closing sales

SUPPORT ENTIRE TEAM AS NEEDED

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree required (US Military experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree) 5 years of relevant (B-to-G) sales experience may be substituted at Hiring Manager’s discretion Minimum 2 years of sales & customer support experience in a non-call center environment Must be able to operate in a completely unscripted environment Retail experience will be considered, but B-to-G, B-to-B or Financial Services are highly preferred 3 years' experience with MS Office in a work environment, particularly Excel & Outlook Salesforce CRM experience highly preferred Must have a highly developed ability to multi-task. This position is expected to be able to switch gears quickly and be able to comfortably operate with multiple interruptions Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be able to talk to new people with ease Prior experience with government contracts strongly preferred Extended hours and occasional travel (3-4X/year) may be required
