We are looking for a motivated and experienced ISR Manager to lead and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives across GTAP countries. 

Key Responsibility:

Drive to meet Management Target in assigned countryManage sales forecast with team member and submit on timely basisTaking care of a team of ISRs ( GTAP countries) and drive KPIs/ initiatives to meet business objectives.Ability in dealing with various senior level stake holder to collaborate to achieve goal.Drive and ensure accurate Pipeline Management, daily order loading issue, account receivable related issues.Driving sales program effectiveness to ensure deliver adjacencies result include liaison with product teamResourceful and initiative in driving business process improvements with various internal departmentsResolved escalations in timely manner and provide world class customer experiences.
