What you’ll be doing:
Contact and engage customers whose order buying has lapsed. Engage customer through phone, video, and/or digital correspondence to drive incremental sales growth and customer retentionProvide regular progress reports and updates on reactivation efforts to sales management.Meet weekly and monthly reactivation targets and KPIs set by sales leadership.Consistently meet activity goals and daily metrics - outbound dials, sell time, and live contactsProvide excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Utilize CRM software to manaer customer interactions, track sales activities and maintain accurate records.Leverage partnerships with various internal partners to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to Category Sales Specialists, Sales Operations and Customer Service TeamsUse Professional Selling Skills (PSS) to identify customer needs and develop a value-added proposition, proposal & pricing.Oversees pricing negotiations and influences on the spot pricing decisions in order to cultivate a seamless customer experienceWhat you bring to the table:
