Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with and recruit dormant Fusion Connect partners to sell Fusion Connect solutions.Build strong relationships that allow for regular communication driving opportunities to Fusion Connect.Reengage with untapped partner base to drive stronger relationships, cultivate insights, and promote pipeline growth.Identify and create opportunities that lead to direct funnel generation from partners.Identify reasons for low sales/disengagement and remove barriers to success.Establish productive and professional relationships with key contacts in assigned partner accounts.Contact various partner leads from Technology Solutions Distributors (TSD) events and cultivate new relationships for Fusion Connect to pursue and generate opportunities.Coordinate the involvement of company resources to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

Additional Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive revenue growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the indirect channel.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and action plans.Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.Train and educate partners on Fusion Connect products and services to increase their selling capabilities.May participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote Fusion Connect's products and services.Act as a liaison between partners and Fusion Connect to address any issues and ensure a positive working relationship.Utilize CRM tools to manage and track partner sales activities and progress.Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.Stay current on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and tactics.Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by Fusion Connect.Continuously improve and refine sales processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and successful partner sales experience.Represent Fusion Connect with a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.Proactively identify and resolve any barriers to partner success.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsSalesforce, MS OfficeDemonstrated excellent leadershipAbility to be proactive with a sense of urgencyAbility to keep customer (internal and external) information confidentialPreparing written presentations, reports, and price quotationsConduct contract negotiationsDefining and executing agent sales plansMust be willing to travel up to 15%Microsoft Voice highly desirableKnowledge of UCaaS desirable

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Two or more years’ Channel Management experience in the telecommunications industryDemonstrated success in Channel SalesCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:Valid U.S. driver's license with no major violations within the past three years, and reliable transportation
