Title: Inside Sale Support

The Inside Sales Support II position at NCR is aligned directly to the field sales organization to drive and support account management for Commercial and Enterprise client segments. As stewards of the client sales operations, the Inside Sales Support II Representative maintains close relationships with the field organization and clients in both pre and post sales activities including; CPQ, Client Engagements, Subscription and Contract Renewals, and Cross-sell/Upsell initiatives. The Inside Sales Support II Representative is a member of the account team and straddles both mission critical sales operations and end to end selling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced knowledge of the IT and/or retail technology industry, experience with computer-based programs, and the ability to learn and present hardware, software, and services portfolios to customers.

CRM, Quotation, and Order Execution Ownership
Lead sales cycle for existing products sold to existing clients

Customer Experience Center visit planning

Full cycle sales execution
Cross-Sell / Upsell Initiatives
Identify and provide guidance to Inside Sales Support I on potential opportunities
In-cycle upsell identification and execution
Job Requirements:
University degree in relevant field
1 year minimum sales or customer-facing experience is required
Strong relationship and organizational skills are required
Must be goal-oriented, determined, well-articulated and possess sound phone/CRM skills
Strong computer skills are required (working across multiple systems)
Experience in a quota carrying sales environment is preferred
10-15% Travel as required
Second language C1 minimum verbal and written (Polish, French, Turkish)
Multilingual fluency is preferred (Serbia: Required)
