In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Reviewing and recording RFQs (Requests for Quotations). Participating in pre-bid technical clarification meetings with customers. Preparing technical bids, including clarifications and deviations. Liaising with other functions to ensure complete and accurate submissions. Providing technical support and clarifications to the local sales office. Assisting PSQ Engineers in translating customer specifications into Bill of Materials/paperwork creation. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer orders before releasing them to manufacturing. Supporting order entry in the Odoo system (ERP).

You partner with others to get work done by actively listening, checking for understanding, and anticipating customer needs to provide services beyond expectations. When faced with difficulties or obstacles, you take constructive action to navigate and resolve them effectively.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Good understanding of technical language and processes. Proven experience working effectively in team-oriented environments. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and commonly used ERP systems. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages, particularly French or Chinese, is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience in a technical role, particularly with products such as valves, pipes, or similar. Ability to thrive in a matrix organization and collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
