What You'll Do:
Engage with customers: Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations. Process and coordinate orders: Secure and renew orders, arrange delivery, and collaborate with our machine shop and other facilities to ensure timely manufacturing and expedition. Perform technical and sales support: Provide technical and non-technical assistance regarding product use, operation, and maintenance to customers and team members. Take ownership of tasks: Enter orders and quotes in a fast-paced environment, perform quote follow-ups/analyses, and see tasks through to completion with accountability.
