And we do it The Carrier Way. **About the role** **The Inside Sales Account Manager** will be responsible for selling **Sensitech's** integrated information management systems and temperature-monitoring devices, providing customized in-transit solutions for environmentally sensitive products in Eastern Europe. **What we are looking for** + Previous sales experience with Food manufacturing; quality, logistics, supply chain strongly preferred. + Experience in selling software, or services would be beneficial. + Ability to develop a strategic plan for the defined territory and the tactical action skills to exceed the financial goals of the territory. + Perform effective online demos and web-presentations to prospects. + Strong phone presence and experience supporting customers remotely. + Fluent in English and Polish. Knowledge any other Eastern European language is a plus. + Strong listening and presentation skills. + Valid driving license **What you will be responsible for** + Account management and growth of existing accounts assigned to the inside sales territory. + Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails ensuring a healthy pipeline. + General market research of accounts to identify key players and generate interest. + Closing sales and achieving quarterly / annual quotas maintaining existing customers and finding new ones. + Developing a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements and collaboration with our cross-functional teams to deliver a solution. + An estimated 15% of travel may be required. + Complying with the EHS Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements + Attending at trade shows. **What we offer** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.
