Axis is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative in South Central to work closely with Regional Sales Manager to promote and aid the sale of Axis Communications products and solutions within an assigned territory. You will be part of a team responsible for developing major partners and building long-term business plans embraced by great relationships. Therefore, you will be monitoring current and potential high revenue partners precisely with great patience, creating and winning projects that encourages our pipeline of opportunities and develops our success in this area! The ideal candidate will be located within reasonable driving distance to our Axis office in Dallas, TX.

 

What you will do...

Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions. Recommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisons

Research, identify and follow up with new prospects and leverage the Sales team to assist

Build and maintain fluid relations with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators and partners

Analyze channel partner program eligibility and either accept or reject applications

Motivate regional sales managers, identify opportunities and determine which customers to pursue and allocate resources to, to best achieve initiatives

Strategize, solicit and drive attendance at trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities

Performs other related duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area

3+ years in sales driven position

 

Valued but not required skills or experience

Work in Information Technology Industry

2+ years’ experience in technical sales

Target Salary

The approximate pay range for this position is $58,000 to $65,000 OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
